The authors discuss a Bianchi type IX Universe model. They restrict to the axially symmetric case. Then the Wheeler de Witt equation is deduced and solved with matter containing shear. The conclusion is: ``The probability of a quantum birth of the Universe of such types does not depend on a shear.'' The same authors have already discussed a Bianchi type IX Universe in 2006, see [\textit{E. V. Kuvshinova} et al., Gravit. Cosmol. 12, No. 4(48), 311--313 (2006; Zbl 1133.83015)].
