Cartan automorphisms and Vogan superdiagrams (Q1944793)

In this nice work, the author proposes a generalization of Cartan involutions (for real forms of complex semisimple Lie algebras) and the notion of Vogan diagrams to the case of Cartan automorphisms of real forms of complex contragredient superalgebras. It is shown that Vogan superdiagrams constitute an effective tool to classify real forms of contragredient Lie superalgebras. The approach presents considerable simplification compared to other classification methods.
