The author proves the existence of positive periodic solution of a nonlinear neutral differential equation with functional delay \[ x'(t) = -a(t)x(t) + c(t)x'(t-g(t)) + q(t, x(t-g(t))) \] by using Krasnoselskii's fixed point theorem. Some sufficient conditions are established.
