This paper deals with the existence and multiplicity results for a class of quasilinear equations with the \(p\)-Laplacian. The authors work on the Nehari manifold where they extract corresponding Palais-Smale sequences. The authors generalize some of the results from classical paper by \textit{A. Ambrosetti} et al. [J. Funct. Anal. 122, No. 2, 519--543 (1994; Zbl 0805.35028)].
