The paper completely characterizes the \(\aleph_0\)-categorical quite o-minimal structures (the classification of \(\aleph_0\)-categorical o-minimal structures has been done in [\textit{A. Pillay} and \textit{Ch. Steinhorn}, Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 295, 565--592 (1986; Zbl 0662.03024)]). Quite o-minimal structures generalize o-minimal structures, and they inherit certain of their properties.
