Symmetry properties of the numerical range of positive operators defined on a Hilbert lattice are studied. The results are generalizations of respective properties of positive matrices proved by \textit{C.-K. Li} et al. [Linear Algebra Appl. 350, No. 1--3, 1--23 (2002; Zbl 1003.15027)] and those proved by \textit{J. Maroulas} et al. [Linear Algebra Appl. 348, No. 1--3, 49--62 (2002; Zbl 1002.15028)]. In the final part of the paper, the author investigates the symmetry properties of the block numerical range of positive operators and shows that similar assertions are also valid for the block numerical range of positive operators.
