Characterization of Lie higher derivations on triangular algebras (Q1949666)

In this paper, firstly the author gives the decomposition of an additive Lie higher derivation on a triangular ring in terms of additive higher derivations and certain additive maps under some mild conditions Then the author decomposes a locally Lie higher derivation on a triangular ring in a similar way. The main results in this paper generalize previous results on additive higher derivations on Banach space nest algebras by the author and \textit{J.-C. Hou} [Commun. Math. Res. 26, No.~2, 131--143 (2010; Zbl 1225.47128)].
