Summary: We describe in an elegant and short way the behaviour of positive solutions of the higher-order difference equation \(x_{n}=cx_{n - p}x_{n - p - q}/x_{n - q}, n\in \mathbb N_{0}\), where \(p,q\in \mathbb N\) and \(c>0\), extending some recent results in the literature.
