The authors determine the possible intersection configurations between a Hermitian curve \(\mathcal{H}\) and a conic of \(PG(2,q^{2})\) denoted by \(\Gamma \) under the hypotheses that \(\Gamma \) and \(\mathcal{H}\) either share two points with the same tangent lines or contain a common Baer subconic.
