The paper is devoted to a generalization of conditions ensuring the existence of equilibrium for a model of a productive economy. The author offers a model where the commodity space is a Hausdorff locally convex topological vector lattice, the consumption set might be lower unbounded and consumers have unordered preferences that do not have a utility presentation. Also he introduces the notion of locally proper dominance. The main assumption of the existence theorem is the set of all feasible allocations not locally dominated by any feasible allocation has compact closure in the commodity space.
