Sufficient conditions are obtained for the asymptotic stability of theoretical and numerical solutions of systems of neutral delay-differential equations with several delays. It is shown that A\((\alpha)\)-stability of the linear multistep methods (LMMs) for ordinary differential equations is equivalent to NGP\(_k(\alpha)\)-stability of the induced methods for neutral equations under suitable conditions.
