The authors consider a population described by the logistic equation whose parameters are subjected to noise. The only known characteristics of the noise are bounds on their possible variations. The equation is also subject to a ``contrained control'', i.e., harvesting whose rates are uncertain but bounded. They apply recent mathematical results to obtain the harvest strategy that exponentially stabilizes this population to the inherent equilibrium state (carrying capacity in the absence of noise and harvesting).
