We study the conformal group of a symmetric space with twist which generalizes the projective group of the real or complex projective spaces and the classical conformal group of the sphere. In the non-degenerate case, we characterize this group by a theorem generalizing both, the fundamental theoem of projective geometry and the classical Liouville theorem.
