Non-oriented nets containing \(m\) input poles (sources) and \(h\) output poles (outcomes) i.e. \((m,h)\)-poles-systems are considered. The problem of constructing a minimal \((m,h)\)-poles-systems and finding the Shannon function is discussed. It is supposed that every edge of the \((m,h)\)-poles-system may be in a state of conduction with probability \(p\) and in a state of non-conduction with probability \(q = 1- p\). Several theorems on the reliability of the systems considered are proved.
