It is known that distribution functions of charged particles in a transfer plasma-wall region strongly differ from equilibrium (Maxwell's) distributions. As a rule a layer of charged particles which is formed near a border is a collisionless region. Analytical research of the region mentioned is provided usually on a base of selfconsistent kinetic models with some simplifying assumptions. The problem of filling up the region near an absolutely absorbing wall (collector) is considered in the article. Two different distribution functions on charged particle velocities were used in the calculations. Several curves representing an evolution of a profile of the wall (collector) potential are given.
