Orthogonal polynomials on the circumference and arcs of the circumference (Q1969972)

The paper is a part of the theory of orthogonal polynomials on several arcs of the circumference (which has many analogues with the theory of orthogonal polynomials on several intervals of the real axis). The authors prove an analogue of Aptekarev's theorem on asymptotically periodic recurrence coefficients and they find very interesting results on the description of the orthogonality measure and its properties if the reflection coefficients are additionally of bounded variation \(\pmod N\).
