The authors study the wave propagation in infinite piezoelectric and non-piezoelectric hollow cylinders of crystal class 6. The solutions are expressed in terms of one function which satisfies a quadruple Helmholtz equation. Solving this equation, the authors derive explicit expressions for four solutions of the wave equation. Additionally, the authors present some numerical results.
