The author presents a number of his results for generalized quasi-variational inequalities with non-compact sets. Some foundational quasi-variational inequalities are generalized by relaxing the compactness condition. These generalizations have been applied in this paper. For relating results one is referred, among others, to papers of M. A. Noor and the reviewer.
