The paper deals with a long-time behaviour of nonautonomous dynamical systems. To this end the authors introduce the concepts of strongly positively invariant global attractor and strongly positively invariant uniform attractor and study the existence and invariance properties of these attractors. The authors apply their abstract results to a class of parabolic equations and two-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations.
