The author presents three approximation schemes for the computation of Hansen coefficients: approximation by truncated Taylor series, interpolation by Lagrange's polynomials, and Chebyshev approximation. Computer experiments allow to estimate the accuracy of these schemes. Additionally, the author discusses advantages and shortcomings of the use of each scheme for different eccentricities and for different indices of Hansen coefficients.
