The main results of this paper are some general criteria that relate the quantum and the integral bordism groups in partial differential equations to their formal integrability properties. In fact the paper deals with the existence of a spectrum that characterizes the singular integral cobordism groups in partial differential equations. It is also studied a general method that associates. Of particular interest are the applications to the Navier-Stokes equations and the explicit calculation of their quantum and integral bordism groups.
