The author generalizes to the case of the Schrödinger operator in a magnetic field some results of \textit{V. Guillemin} [Duke Math. J. 44, 485-517 (1977; Zbl 0463.58024)] and \textit{J. W. Helton} [Indiana Univ. Math. J. 26, 997-1018 (1977; Zbl 0373.35060)] which are true for the Laplace operator.
