The authors give a sufficient condition for a graph to be a puppet. They show that an infinite (locally finite) graph displays locally the same behaviour, provided the graph satisfies a certain condition which imposes an upper bound on the growth rate of the graph. Their condition covers all the graphs satisfying Moran's condition as well as a variety of other graphs. The paper also extends the analysis to general dynamic processes.
