The spectrum of an electron in a hetero-structure is studied in the approximation by zeroradius potentials. The authors present a rigorous analytical study of function \(E_n(p_x)\)-complete set of the energy eigenvalues of a perturbed harmonic oscillator with the corresponding Hamiltonian. Here \(p_x\) is the coordinate of the center of the classical cyclotron orbit. The basic result of this paper is a detailed analysis of the curves of \(E=E_n(p_x)\), an asymptotic expression for the ground state in terms of the coupling constant, an exact values of effective masses in subbands.
