The paper is devoted to the Stokes problem for convective flow past an impulsively started infinite vertical plate in a rotaing fluid system in the presence of a strong transverse magnetic field. Coupled nonlinear equations are solved by a finite difference method. The calculated velocity and temperature are shown graphically. The results obtained are discussed in terms of physical parameters: the Hall parameter, the rotation parameter, and the Grashof number. The main purpose is to study the effect of Hall currents on the title flow.
