This paper continues the analysis of problems associated with oscillation in stratified and rotating fluid excited by oscillating line segments. Problems of this type were analyzed in the Boussinesq approximation. Here, the authors consider the complete non-Boussinesq internal-wave equation and analyze the classical solvability of the outer initial-boundary value problem for the two-dimensional internal-wave equation by applying the theory of dynamic potentials.
