\textit{J. A. Fridy} in his paper [Noninclusion theorems for summability matrices, Int. J. Math. Math. Sci. 20, No. 3, 511-516 (1997; Zbl 0886.40005)] proved the noninclusion theorems for absolute summability domains and posed an open question. In the present paper the author proves Fridy's theorem for absolute summability domains by interpreting the conditions in a natural topological context and gives a new proof which answers why the conditions assumed in Fridy's papers are weak. Further the author answers the open question raised in Fridy's paper mentioned above.
