The authors extend their considerations of Part I of this paper [ibid. 6, 1-23 (2000; see the preceding review)] to non-Abelian groups of unitary transformations on vector spaces. In particular, this incorporates the group consisting of modulations and rotations. The authors develop an orthogonalization procedure for sets \(\{UB:U\in \Gamma\}\), where \(B\) denotes a matrix of generating vectors of the vector space \(V\) and \(\Gamma\) a group of unitary transformations on \(V\). Moreover, the authors deal with the corresponding filter design and give an example for the group of modulations and rotations.
