This paper deals with the existence of \(J\)-holomorphic curves in the symplectizations of Legendre fibrations and the Weinstein conjecture on contact manifolds of Legendre fibrations. The author presents a new proof on the well-known Lyusternik-Fet Theorem without using the classical minimax principle.
