Two-dimensional Stokes flow of an incompressible viscous fluid inside and outside of a permeable circular cylinder is investigated for very small ratio of the thickness of the cylinder to its radius. Some interesting examples are discussed, and the evidence of Stokes paradox and Jeffrey's paradox is observed in flows considered.
