In this paper the Erez-Rosen solution with an highly charged source is presented. This follows from previous work with the Erez-Rosen spacetime for the vacuum field equations and a moderate charge source. The latter is presented in detail and then the extension to a highly charged source is given and the dynamics are examined along with some numerical examples. In the final conclusions there is a discussion of the highly charged case which, although can be realized in the case of a proton, may not occur in astrophysical systems.
