With an abstract uniform boundedness result it is shown that the space of Archimedean integrable functions defined by \textit{S. Okada} [``Integration of vector valued functions'', Lect. Notes Math. 1033, 247-257 (1983; Zbl 0598.28014)] (containing the Pettis integral), although in general not complete, is always barrelled.
