The author studies a two-point boundary value problems for sequence fractional differential equations with total sum of orders $1 < \mu + \nu \leq 2$. The existence and uniqueness os a solution for the boundary value problem is proved by the Banach contraction principle, and also there are obtained Lyapunov-type inequalities.
