The authors suggest a new numerical scheme to approximate solutions of equations for transfer with aggregation. The method is based on a combination of fast aggregation operator evaluation scheme, which is in turn based on the low-rank kernel decomposition, and model reduction methods. The capacity to speed up the solution up to 40 times is demonstrated.
