Let \(H\) be an \(N\)-dimensional Hilbert space. A sequence \(\{f_i\}_{i=1}^M\) is called \(m\)-uniform excess frame for \(H\) if it remains a frame (i.e. a spanning set) for \(H\) after the removal of any \(m\) vectors. \((M-N)\)-uniform excess frames are called full spark frames. In this article the authors discuss some properties of uniform excess frames and full spark frames, in particular, the full range property and the weaving property of frames.
