Summary: We formulate and prove a formula for the constant term for a certain class of Laurent polynomials, which include the Dyson conjecture and its generalizations by \textit{D. M. Bressoud} and \textit{I. P. Goulden} [Trans. Am. Math. Soc. 291, 203--228 (1985; Zbl 0581.05004)]. Our method is explicit combinatorial Nullstellensatz.
