This paper is concerned with the solutions of Riemann problem for the pressureless flow of the Cargo-LeRoux model by using a flux perturbation. Solutions with different kinds of structures are constructed including delta-shock and vacuum state that appear in solution. The Riemann solutions also give an extension of those to the pressureless Euler equations without external forces.
