\textit{C. Amiot} [Bull. Soc. Math. Fr. 135, No. 3, 435--474 (2007; Zbl 1158.18005)] classified triangulated \(k\)-categories (\(k\) is an algebraically closed field) which are connected, algebraic, standard, and has only finitely many isoclasses of indecomposables. In the present paper the author analyzes this theorem and he proved that ``if the connectedness assumption is dropped, the triangulated categories are still determined by their underlying \(k\)-categories together with the action of the suspension functor on the set of isoclasses of indecomposables''.
