The paper is devoted to studying well-posedness, blow-up dynamics and controllability of the classical chemotaxis model. The paper is organized as follows. First, the authors give some preliminaries on functional spaces and controllability. Then, they discuss the blow-up dynamics of the considered system in view of the Moser-Trudinger inequality and prove the existence of a finite time bound for blow-up of solutions. After this, the authors prove the controllability results (see Theorem 1.2). These results are used in the analysis of well-posedness issues for bang-bang-type controls.
