The paper under review can be seen as an update and continuation of the paper by \textit{P. Koszmider} [Rev. R. Acad. Cienc. Exactas Fís. Nat., Ser. A Mat., RACSAM 104, No. 2, 309--326 (2010; Zbl 1227.46021)]. It is well written, presents some new results and contains a list of interesting open problems on this topic.
