The author generated random numbers from inverse Gaussian and length biased inverse Gaussian distributions. The random numbers for the Crack distribution are generated by using the property that it is a linear combination of these two distributions. In addition, a few results involving Crack distribution and inverse Gaussian distribution are derived. A few open problems are also indicated.
