In this paper the author studies cohomogeneity-one pseudo-Euclidean spaces \(\mathbb R^4_{\nu}\) under the proper action of a closed and connected Lie subgroup \(G\) of Iso(\(\mathbb R^4_{\nu}\)). The aim is to determine \(G\) up to conjugacy and the orbits up to isometry. It is proved that if there is a singular orbit \(B\) then \(B\) is an affine Riemannian, time-like or Lorentzian subspace of \(\mathbb R^4_{\nu}\). For \(\nu=1, 2\) the groups are explicitly determined as well as its representations.
