In this paper, \(n\)-dimensional time varying semi-linear systems of differential equations are studied. The considered system is influenced by impulses, delay and nonlocal conditions as perturbations. The main result of the paper consists in obtaining sufficient conditions of the controllability of this system. These conditions are applied to the nonlinear terms. The proof of the main result of the paper is based on Rothe's fixed point theorem. In the final part of the paper, the authors discuss the possibility of further development of the suggested approach.
