The paper under review is a collection of problems proposed by participants of the June 2019 PIMS/NSF on ``Arithmetic Topology''. The problems are divided into three categories: (1) topological analogues of arithmetic phenomena, (2) point counts, stability phenomena and the Grothendieck ring, and (3) tools, methods and examples. Each problem is supplied by a brief discussion of its prehistory and relations with other subjects.
