By combining Yoshida approximation with semigroup analysis and a fixed point theorem, the existence and uniqueness is proved for a class of semilinear evolution equations in Banach spaces of M-type 2. Moreover, the regularity is characterized by using Kolmogorov continuity criteria. The main results are applied to specific SPDEs.
