The authors propose to use variational and topological methods together with the principle of symmetric criticality. Precisely, they first establish a compactness embedding result of anisotropic Sobolev spaces, then obtain the existence of infinitely many cylindrically symmetric weak solutions to a Neumann problem involving the \(p(x,y)\)-Laplace differential operator and an oscillating nonlinearity.
