Applying the constraints on Alexander polynomials of L-space knots previously studied for pretzel knots by [\textit{D. Futer} et al., Int. Math. Res. Not. 2010, No. 23, 4434--4497 (2010; Zbl 1227.57023)], this paper identifies the only knots with 3-braid representatives that admit L-space surgeries.
