An integer sequence $(\varphi(k))$ is said to be complete if any positive integer can be expressed as the sum of terms of the sequence where each term can be used only once. In this paper, the authors study complete sequences, give various standard examples and extend some ideas of spectral analysis to the case of multiset objects (sets with repetitions).
