The following prey-predator model with three stage structure and two time delays was considered: \begin{align*} \dot{x}_1(t)&=\alpha x_2(t)-x_1(t)(\gamma_1+\Omega+\nu x_1(t)+Ey(t)), \\ \dot{x}_2(t)&=\Omega x_1(t)-\Theta_1 x_2(t)-ax_2(t), \\ \dot{x}_3(t)&=a x_2(t)-bx_3(t), \\ \dot{y}(t)&=y(t)(KEx_1(t-\tau_1)-d-fy(t-\tau_2)). \end{align*} Delays induced Hopf bifurcation, stability switches, complicated dynamic behavior of the system are discussed.
