The article under reviewing concentrate on the observational and physical parameters of the Cosmological anisotropy. Under these parameters the Einstein's ecuations become much simpler than the ones which could be found in the literature. The authors formulate 2 theorems which are formulated in terms of the energy-momentum tensor's components. These theorems allowed to authors to 1) prove general results concerning the existence of ascillations of the anisotropy in the primordial and late-time Universe 2) develop a scheme for deriving classes of physically new solutions, including barotropic perfect fluid and magnetic Universe 3) obtain physical conditions under which the isotropization and anizotropization occur 4) Understand how ansotopy and energy density are converted one into another. A central place in the research is played by Kasner metric.
